It just take a knife and some fruits to make this “pear-y” cute porcupine!
Besides being a fun snack, this is also a great way for kids to practice their fine motor skills. After they’re done, you can eat share it as a healthy fruit snack!
With just three fruits, Teacher Niyo from Adventist Schoolhouse — accredited Platinum Healthy Pre-School by Health Promotion Board — shows us how to make this delicious edible craft with your kids.
She also offers the following tips:
✅ Make adjustments until the pear balances on its own.
✅ Chocolate chips can be alternatives to blueberries for the eyes.
✅ Peanut butter can be used as a glue instead of a toothpick to secure the nose and eyes
