A guided space to understand yourself better through your body and lived experience

My New Happy is a monthly experiential wellbeing programme in Singapore, guided by trained professionals. Each session explores how our bodies hold and release stress, burnout, and past emotions. First session free. Hosted by Youngberg Wellness Centre.

There's a kind of tiredness that rest doesn't touch. The kind that accumulates, not just from overwork, but from experiences your body absorbed and never fully processed.

My New Happy is a monthly experiential learning programme that creates space to explore exactly that. Each session is guided, hands-on, and grounded in how our bodies store and release past experiences and emotions. You'll leave with practical tools for self-compassion, boundary-setting, and releasing the tension you've been carrying.

Come as you are. No prior experience needed.
