My New Happy is a monthly experiential wellbeing programme in Singapore, guided by trained professionals. Each session explores how our bodies hold and release stress, burnout, and past emotions. First session free. Hosted by Youngberg Wellness Centre.
There's a kind of tiredness that rest doesn't touch. The kind that accumulates, not just from overwork, but from experiences your body absorbed and never fully processed.
My New Happy is a monthly experiential learning programme that creates space to explore exactly that. Each session is guided, hands-on, and grounded in how our bodies store and release past experiences and emotions. You'll leave with practical tools for self-compassion, boundary-setting, and releasing the tension you've been carrying.
Come as you are. No prior experience needed.

When life keeps coming and the seasons knock you sideways, this short, readable book shows that faith isn't just a way of coping. It actually shows up for you.
Get your free copyRepair isn't a transaction. The hardest part isn't the apology. It's cleaning up what's yours to clean up, whether or not they let you back in.
Some grief doesn't come with a funeral. When a friendship breaks, the loss is real, even if no one sees it.
The breathing exercises help a little. The journaling too. So why does the stress keep coming back? The answer might have nothing to do with technique.
