Program Outline:

Weekly Updates: Your measurements will be taken at the beginning and end. There will be a 45min presentation by health professionals each week.

Healthy Food Demos: Learn how to make tasty meals that are full of flavour and will adequately nourish your body & brain.

Group Activity: It’s fun to be with friends. Each week, you’ll get to enjoy 30 minutes of activity with your team

  • 16 February, 8am - Pre-Program Screening
  • 23 February - 29 March (Sunday), 4-6pm weekly - Wellness 365 Program
  • 5 April, 8am - Post-Program Screening
  • 12 April, 4-6pm - Graduation


  • 4-6pm for the 6 sessions
  • 8am for Health Screening
  • 4-6pm for graduation
